Implants, Periodontal Plastic Surgery, Dentoalveleolar Surgery, and Orthognathic Surgery constitute the major areas of interest in my practice. All of my available time and energy since beginning private practice in 1994 have gone into gaining personal and professional development in these areas. Literally thousands of hours of continuing education.

Over the past several years, I have given special attention to the combined treatment of the complex restorative patient, with an emphasis on educating my patients and dental community at large regarding dental implants as the standard of care for replacing missing teeth. Locally, I host, lecture or moderate quarterly educational seminars with an average of forty area dentist in attendance. A teaching center located on-site allows for more focused and intensive educational training for smaller groups. Lecturing at a variety of meetings nationally, as well as my role as an implant teaching mentor for Biomet 3I implant company has enabled me to interface directly with hundreds of dentists and specialists across the country. These roles have allowed me to stay abreast of the very latest developments in implant dentistry.

My underlying goal throughout this process has been to provide the patients I serve with the best oral and maxillofacial surgery care available and to contribute to the professional dental and oral surgery communities both locally and nationally. I believe the best patients are educated patients who can then make informed choices about their oral health care. Those patients when paired with a team of highly trained and ethical dental professionals can obtain results beyond expectation.
